Managing Payees

To efficiently and quickly transfer funds, you need to add payees to your Eumlet account. Here's how:

1. From the Navigation pane, select the Management option.

2. On the Management page, click on the Payees tab to view your current payees.

3. To add a payee, click on the New Payee button.

In the Add Payee dialog, enter the following information:

a. Name: the name of the payee

b. Public Address: the payee's public address

c. Email: the payee's email address

d. Company: the payee's company name

e. Position: the payee's position within the company

f. Group

g. Default rate: the payee's default rate for a selected interval (Hour, Day, Week, Month)

Click on Create to add the Payee. 

To modify an existing payee:

1. On the Payees tab, click on the three dots next to the payee you want to modify.

2. From the dropdown, select Edit.

3. On the Edit Payee dialog, make the necessary changes.

4. Click on Save to save the changes.

Managing Groups

Eumlet enables you to organize payees into groups, allowing you to transfer funds to multiple payees at once instead of sending to each one individually.

To view your groups:

1. From the Navigation pane, go to Management.

2. The Management section will appear.

3. Under Management, click on the Groups tab.

4. The list of existing groups will display. No groups will be available by default when accessing this section for the first time.

In the Groups tab, you can perform the following operations:

  • Adding a Group
  • Modifying a Group

Adding a Group:

1. Under the Groups tab, click on New Group.

2. The Create Group dialog will display, where you must specify the group parameters.

3. Enter the group name and description, then click Next.

4. Search and select the members to add to the group and click Save.

5. The group will be created with the specified members.

Modifying a Group:

1. Under the Groups tab, click for the group to be modified.

2. A dropdown will appear.

3. From the dropdown, select Edit Group.

4. The Edit Group dialog will display.

5. Modify the selected group as required.

6. Click Save.

7. The group will be modified.

Making a payment

Eumlet provides various options for transferring funds, to accommodate your specific needs. These include: 

  • Instant Payments
  • Streaming Payments
  • ScheduledPayments

Instant Payments

With Eumlet, you can transfer funds immediately by following these steps:

1. From the navigation menu, click on "Payments."

2. In the Payments section, click on "Send."

3. In the Send dialog, select the recipient by checking either "Person" or "Group."

4. Choose the desired recipient from the dropdown menu.

5. Specify the purpose of the payment.

6. Choose a blockchain asset from the options: Avalanche, Polygon, or Terra.

7. Enter the amount to be sent.

8. Click "Send."

The funds will be instantly transferred to the specified person or group.

Streaming Payments

To perform a Streaming Payment with Eumlet, follow these steps:

1. From the Navigation pane, click on Payments.

2. In the Payments section, click on Send.

3. In the Send dialog, select the recipient by checking either the Person option and choosing from the dropdown or the Group option and selecting the desired group.

4. Specify the purpose of the payment, e.g. ‘Professional services’.

5. Choose the desired blockchain asset from the options: Avalanche, Polygon, Terra.

6. Enter the amount to be sent.

7. Enable the Streaming option and specify the duration in minutes, hours, or days.

8. Click Send to initiate the streaming payment.

Scheduled Payments

To schedule a payment, follow these steps:

Go to the Payments section by clicking on Payments in the Navigation pane.

Click on Send in the Payments section.

In the Send dialog, specify the following details:

a. Recipient: Choose either a person or a group to receive the funds.

b. Purpose: Provide a reason for the payment, e.g. "Professional services."

c. Blockchain: Select the desired blockchain asset from options like Avalanche, Polygon, and Terra.

d. Amount: Specify the amount to be sent.

e. Schedule Payment: Enable the schedule payment option and select a date for the payment.

Click on Send and the payment will be transferred on the scheduled date.

Requesting a Payment

To request a payment, go to the Payments section by clicking Payments from the Navigation pane.

In the Payments section, click Request.

In the Request dialog: 

1. Specify the person you want to send the payment request to

2. Select the desired blockchain asset (Avalanche, Polygon, or Terra)

3. Enter the amount, 

4. Attach an invoice (optional). 

5. Then, click Request to send the payment request.

Viewing Transactions

To view transactions in Eumlet, go to the Transactions section by clicking Transactions from the Navigation pane. The Transactions section displays, and includes tabs for Sending, Receiving, Scheduled, and History. In the History tab, you can view a complete transaction history with the option to filter by asset, transaction type, and date range.

This section consists of the following tabs:

  • Sending: Lists the transactions which are sent from your account. It includes ALL transactions.
  • Receiving: Lists the transactions which are received into your Eumlet account.
  • Scheduled: Lists the scheduled transactions broken down by Sending and Receiving. 
  • History: View complete transaction history by listing all transactions. You also have the option to filter your transaction history by:
  • Asset: Lets you view transactions based on the selected asset type.
  • Transaction Type: Lets you view transactions based on the selected transaction type such as, sent, received, etc.
  • Date: Lets you view transactions based on the specified date range.

Exporting History

To export the transactions history in Eumlet, go to the Transactions section by clicking Transactions in the Navigation pane. In the Transactions section, go to the History tab and click the export button. The transactions history will be downloaded as a CSV file to your browser's default download location
